首届云南国际创新创业大赛决赛即将拉开帷幕！

由云南省科技厅、云南省教育厅、云南省人民政府外事办公室、共青团云南省委主办的首届云南国际创新创业大赛初赛已于2022年8月22日至25日在昆明组织完成，通过线上+线下的形式，选拔出4个组别共100个项目进入决赛，现定于2022年12月14日至16日进行决赛，其中14日为参赛者、评委培训，15至16日为决赛路演。


The preliminary round of the first YIIEC, hosted by Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Department, Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, Foreign Affairs Office of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government, and Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League of China， were organized and completed in Kunming from August 22nd to 25th, 2022. In the online + offline form, a total of 100 projects were selected and divided into 4 groups to enter the final round. The final round is scheduled to be held from December 14th to 16th, 2022, of which the 14th is for the training of candidates and judges, and the 15th to 16th is for the final roadshow.


此次决赛共100个项目参赛，其中，南亚东南亚企业项目11个，中国企业出海南亚东南亚项目21个，南亚东南亚在校学生创新团队项目4个，云南高校南亚东南亚籍留学生创新团队项目4个，外籍创新团队项目7个，云南创新团队出海南亚东南亚项目15个，留学回国人员创业项目40个。每个项目具体参赛时间组委会将通过大赛官网、大赛公众号、微信群、电话、邮箱等进行通知。


There are a total of 100 projects participating in the final round, including 11 enterprises for South Asian and Southeast Asia, 21 Chinese enterprises which plan to enter South Asia and Southeast Asia, 4   innovative teams of students in South Asia and Southeast Asia, and 4 innovative teams of students from South Asia and Southeast Asia in Yunnan universities, 7 foreign innovation teams, 15 Yunnan innovation teams which plan to enter Asia and Southeast Asia, and 40 enterprises for returning entrepreneurs. The organizing committee will notify the exact time of the competition for each enterprises(team) via the competition official website, public account, WeChat group, telephone, email, etc.


决赛结合当时疫情防控要求，灵活采用线上+线下相结合的形式进行。决赛共分为4组，每组由5位评委进行评分。每个项目路演时间为10分钟，包括路演PPT、展示样品等环节，评委问答环节5分钟。决赛过程向所有参赛者及社会大众公开。为确保大赛公正性，保护参赛者合法权益，决赛过程中观众不可录像、录音和拍照。评委在各企业（团队）路演后现场打分。同时接受社会监督。决赛结果将在科技厅官网和大赛官网进行公示。公示期间若有疑问，请致电咨询大赛组委会办公室（0871—63138908）。为确保此次决赛评审结果公平、公正，大赛组委会将邀请权威公证机构全程参与项目演示、专家打分、统分等过程。赛后，对赛果进行逐一复核，确保赛果符合既定程序和规则。同时由云南省科技厅负责组织公证员1名加入到评审委员会负责监督。


Combined with the epidemic prevention and control requirements at that time, the final round will be flexibly conducted in the form of a combination of online and offline. The final round will be divided into 4 groups, and each group is rated by 5 judges. The time for presentation for each project is 10 minutes, including roadshow PPT, samples demonstration, etc., and the judges' question and answer session is 5 minutes. The process of the final round will be open to all candidates and the public. In order to ensure the fairness of the competition and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the candidates, the audiences will not be allowed to video, record or photo during the final round. The judges will mark on the spot after the roadshow of each company (team). Meanwhile, the competition will accept social supervision. The results of the final round will be announced on the official website of Yunnan Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the official website of the competition. If there are any questions during the publicity period, please call the Office of the Organizing Committee (0871-63138908). In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the final evaluation results, the competition organizing committee will invite authoritative notary institutions to participate in the whole process of project presentation, expert marking and overall scoring. After the competition, the results will be reviewed one by one to ensure that the results comply with the established procedures and rules. At the same time, Yunnan Provincial Department of Science and Technology is responsible for organizing one notary to join the evaluation committee for supervision.


本次决赛共计100个项目。各组别评选出6个优胜奖（一等奖一名、二等奖两名、三等奖三名），共24个项目获奖。受疫情反复影响，决赛颁奖仪式将于决赛后择期举办。具体安排赛后通知。


There are a total of 100 projects in the final round . 6 winners will be chosen from each group (1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes), and a total of 24 projects will win prizes. Affected by the repeated epidemics, the award ceremony of the competition will be held at a later date after the final round. The specific arrangements will be notified after the competition.
